Coming 2026: Forever Home Options

At Terry Homes, we're building for your future. Starting in 2026, our Forever Home options will debut exclusively in the Lamberson floor plan, designed with long-term comfort, safety, and convenience in mind. The Forever Home Package includes thoughtful upgrades like drawers in kitchen base cabinets, an appliance package featuring front-control ranges and under-counter microwave drawers, and key accessibility enhancements such as grab bar backing and outward-swinging primary suite bathroom doors. The accompanying Forever Electrical Package adds raised electrical outlets, rocker-style switches, and a lower thermostat for easier access. We are also looking into adding, suggested additions like comfort-height toilets, lever door handles, and walk-in showers for even more livability. These features combined with the wide 3' doors and walkways already standard in Terry Homes layouts, creates spaces designed to adapt with your lifestyle for years to come.
