At Terry Homes, we're actively developing our Forever Home Packages and Options to include features that enhance mobility, accessibility, and ease of living, ensuring that your home remains a place of joy and security for years to come.

We’re currently working closely with our trusted trades and vendors to design and price each element of our Forever Home Options. Your input is invaluable to us, and we welcome your ideas on features that would best serve our homeowners. From wider doorways and accessible bathrooms to smart home integrations, we aim to blend functionality and style seamlessly.

Currently we have identified a need for the following items to be included in a forever home:

· Secondary shower heads that can be handheld 

· Physical buttons on smart door locks 

· Minimal Floor Thresholds 

· Cabinet Pulls vs. knobs 

· Door Handles vs. knobs
