Measure Twice, Cut Once
With years of experience under our belt, we understand that every detail matters. To ensure that your home is built to our exact standards our team of Superintendents are on the jobsite every day following the motto “Every Job, Every Room, Every day”. We conduct internal inspections throughout the building process, meticulously scrutinizing every aspect of your home to ensure that it meets our exacting standards. At key checkpoints throughout the homebuilding process, we hire third-party inspectors to walk the home and verify it is correct before the home can move forward to the next phase of construction. From structural integrity to aesthetic appeal, no detail is too small to escape our attention.

From the lumber used in framing and sheeting of the home to the fixtures adorning your bathrooms, we only select quality products to ensure the longevity and durability of your home for years to come.

Communication is King
Our dedication to quality doesn't end with the selection of materials and inspection of work, it extends to every phase of construction. We understand that building a home is a significant investment, both financially and emotionally. That's why we prioritize transparent communication with our homeowners every step of the way. Throughout the experience you will receive regular progress updates from our project manager, photos of the home while it's under construction, and you will always have open lines of communication with our entire team. We strive to ensure that you feel informed and involved throughout the entire process.

Home Orientation
Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. We want that satisfaction to extend beyond move-in day and to last for the lifetime of your new home. To help prepare our homeowners for new home ownership we provide a home orientation a few days prior to closing. During the home orientation we teach you about the systems and science behind what we do, highlight the do's and don'ts, and show you how to maintain your new home for years to come.
