The Benches

The Benches Community is not the typical neighborhood. The views, the trees, the size, and location are just a few notable characteristics about this community. The Benches Community will have 48 single family homes residing on roughly 1/2 acre lots of beautiful Montana land. Each homeowner in the Benches will get to enjoy having access to the 16.428 Acres of common area dispersed throughout the community. It is located just outside of Columbia Falls between The Flathead River and Glacier National Park.
