Warranty Policy: Please submit all warranty repair requests by entering our exclusive online buyer system:
The standards for warranty items are those identified in our Warranty and Home Maintenance Manual. Standard warranty work will generally be addressed and/or performed after the “30 Day Home Review” and after the “11 Month Home Review”. Emergencies are handled as promptly as possible on a case-by-case basis. If a warranty issue is a non-emergency, it will be noted and addressed at the next scheduled Home Review.
